What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll guide and motivate our café team, keep service running smoothly, and roll up your sleeves in the kitchen when needed. From planning and delivering community events to ensuring food safety and quality, you'll be central to creating experiences our residents and guests love.

As a leader, you'll set the tone by being present and approachable. You'll bring fresh ideas while also respecting the way things have been done, introducing change thoughtfully and with care for both staff and residents.

About You

You're passionate about food and people, with experience in hospitality, cafés, or events. You know how to lead from the front, inspire a team, and build genuine connections with both staff and customers. You're flexible, creative, and thrive in a busy environment. Cooking skills, an RSA, and Food Handling Certificate are a plus. Most importantly, you bring warmth, respect, and the ability to balance tradition with new ways of working.
