About the Role:
The role of Senior Coordinator Aged-Care Operations will oversee daily operations and support the delivery of person-centred care services, helping clients in MacDonnell Regional Council areas live safely and independently while staying connected to country and family. The role collaborates with the Senior Coordinator Quality, Compliance and Strategy, while providing operational feedback to the Executive Manager.
This is a Full Time, Fixed Term position until June 2027, with potential of extension.

Who We're Looking For:
Are you an experienced Senior Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person to address complex problems, which may involve operational relief and support to Aged Care services? Regular monitoring and reporting on service performance against funding agreements, business budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance and accountability form part of this exciting role. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Advanced degree in Individual Support, Community Services or Home Care or working towards these, and experience working in a similar role.
- Senior experience in the Aged-Care industry and familiarity with the Aged-Care standards and regulatory framework.
- Current NT Drivers License
- Current Ochre Card and Criminal History Check
- Leadership experience.
