About the Role

As Head of Middle School, you will be responsible for overseeing the holistic development, wellbeing, and learning of students in Years 7 & 8. You will ensure all students:

• Have a positive experience as they transition from primary to secondary school
• Thrive by building strong relationships and become engaged learners
• Are supported in both academic excellence, wellbeing and connections

• Strong leadership experience in middle years education
• Proven success in supporting student wellbeing and academic growth
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative, innovative approach to creating thriving learning environments
• Experience in designing programs that support a positive transition into secondary schooling
• Full VIT registration
