Beaming and Backing line - Labourers with forklift licence

Quest Flooring Pty Ltd has over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. We are a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of superior quality carpets.

We are seeking to hire labourers with forklift licence to join our team either in our Beaming or Backing Line departments, of our carpet manufacturing facility. Ideally, you will already have been in a similar role, if not training will be provided, so if you are looking for a new career, then our door is open!

The important bits:

• Full Time - Permanent - 38 Hours per week

Available Shifts

• Day Shifts - Between 6:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday
• Afternoon Shifts - Between 2:00pm - 11:06pm Monday to Friday

Varied Rolls, on any given day you could be expected to:

• Assist in Quality Control
• Assist on Backing/Finishing line - Machine operator or
• Run Beaming Equipment - Machine Operator
• Move completed rolls to storage racks
• Load & Unload creels/beams
• Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

What will you need?

• Current - Victorian High Risk Work licence (LF) Fork Lift
• Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
• A good communicator with strong organisational and time management skills
• Your ability to seek guidance and direction as necessary in the performance of your duties
• Be physically fit ​(some lifting may be required)
