About the role
The City is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Section Leader for Cultural Services. In this dynamic role, you will provide strategic direction, shape policies, and drive innovative cultural initiatives while fostering collaboration with community stakeholders. You will manage program delivery across Coffs Harbour Libraries and Yarrila Arts and Museum (YAM), ensuring compliance with governance and financial requirements. This important position contributes to the continuous development of Coffs Harbour, making it a vibrant and culturally rich community.

About you
You will hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and possess leadership training. Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience in budget management and stakeholder engagement are essential. It's important that you can advocate for cultural services and lead change effectively. You must possess strong organisational skills and digital proficiency, along with an understanding of government frameworks.
