We are currently looking for Cloacal Chick Sexers to join us at our Goulburn, NSW Hatchery, located just a two-hour drive from Sydney and an hour from Canberra.

What You'll Do:

Your main task will be sexing day-old Ross parent, grandparent, and great grandparent breeder chicks. We need your proven expertise in cloacal sexing, especially in high-volume hatcheries with breeder parent and grandparent stock. You'll be able to achieve a 98% accuracy rate, a 48.5% sexing split, and a minimum sexing rate of 900 chicks per hour. Your working days and hours are dependent on the hatch schedule and this will change on a week-to-week basis. Typically this role requires early starts from around 5.30am, although the working day generally is finished by 2.00pm.

Your Requirements:

You'll need to be able to pass either an IELTS with an average score of 5 across all IELTS components and no less than 4.5 in any of the four components; or a PTE Academic overall test score of at least 36 with a score of at least 30 in each of the test components.
