Service Coordinator - Part Time

We're on the lookout for a proactive, solutions-focused team player who is ready to step into this newly created position as a Service Support Coordinator. This is a permanent part time opportunity, working 25 hours per week over 5 days. Our office location is in Keysborough.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monitor service job progress and make sure timeframes and standards are met
  • Proactively communicate with contractors and customers to prevent delays
  • Take ownership of work orders where customers have called back seeking updates
  • Support the reduction of service-related complaints through early intervention
  • Assist with online/email bookings and call overflow (as needed - not your core task)
  • Prepare clear, insightful reports for State Managers using Excel
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to keep the customer journey on track

What We're Looking For

  • A natural communicator who builds rapport and solves problems with confidence
  • Someone who thrives on organising, following up, and getting things done
  • Comfortable using Excel to create reports (think: pivot tables, filters, charts)
  • Able to juggle tasks calmly and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a service delivery, coordination, admin or call centre environment is a plus
