About the role

Central Goldfields Shire Council has an exciting full-time opportunity to join the Roads and Works team as Works and Construction Labourer. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with the construction and maintenance of roads and infrastructure, operate and drive late-model machinery and vehicles, and carry out a range of manual labouring duties including concreting, drain cleaning, pipe laying, and roadside maintenance.

You'll work as part of a supportive team, maintain plant and equipment, follow safety procedures, and complete required documentation such as timesheets, work orders, and Safe Work Method Statements. This role offers variety, training opportunities, and the chance to make a real contribution to your local community.
