We are a market leader in supplying advanced heating and cooling, hot water and lifestyle products into the Australian domestic and commercial domain located in the south eastern suburbs.

We are seeking an experienced team leader to lead a team within our commercial refrigeration department.

The role:

• Motivate team members to achieve production targets
• Contribute to improving production methods and work practices.
• Ensure the timely ordering and supply of parts.
• Plan the day's work and assist with efficient allocation of labour resources.
• Induct and provide training for new and existing Operators.

You have:

• Extensive production line experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and problem solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of production workers
• Preferably a Certificate III in Manufacturing.
• Good command of English
