Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT), is a not-for-profit organisation seeking applications for Casual Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Franklin Early Learning, located on the campus of Franklin School.

The Opportunity

As a Casual Educator within our Early Learning and/or out-of-School Hours programs, you will play a key role in supporting our teams in delivering high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between 0 and 5 and/or 6 and 12.
You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being.

What's needed to succeed?

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, OR working towards either of these qualifications, to work within our Early Learning program,
• No formal Early Childhood qualifications are required for working within our Out of School Hours program only.
• Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, with a knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and or/My Time, Our Place Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of integrity, inclusiveness, dignity and compassion.
