The Role:
The ideal candidate is an experienced residential Carpenter with 5+ year's proven track record in detailed residential carpentry.
The Key outcomes of the role include:
Reliable motivated qualified Carpenter competent in start to finish carpentry elements.
Have a general understanding of the building process and other trades work.
Ability to work to a program / schedule.
Ability to read and interpret plans.
Maintain construction sites in a neat and tidy manner at all times.
Work with the Site Supervisor and carpentry crew to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
You must have:
Experience and understanding of residential construction and detailing.
Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Certificate III in carpentry, white card, asbestos awareness, and working at heights cards.
Own vehicle, drivers licence and basic tools.
The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with the carpentry team, other contractors and staff, displaying confidence and respect when dealing with others.
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and be accountable for your work.
Basic computer and smart devices skills.
