The Role:

The ideal candidate is an experienced residential Carpenter with 5+ year's proven track record in detailed residential carpentry.

The Key outcomes of the role include:

• Reliable motivated qualified Carpenter competent in start to finish carpentry elements.

• Have a general understanding of the building process and other trades work.

• Ability to work to a program / schedule.

• Ability to read and interpret plans.

• Maintain construction sites in a neat and tidy manner at all times.

• Work with the Site Supervisor and carpentry crew to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.

You must have:

• Experience and understanding of residential construction and detailing.

• Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy with strong attention to detail.

• Certificate III in carpentry, white card, asbestos awareness, and working at heights cards.

• Own vehicle, drivers licence and basic tools.

• The ability to develop and maintain effective relationships and communication with the carpentry team, other contractors and staff, displaying confidence and respect when dealing with others.

• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and be accountable for your work.

• Basic computer and smart devices skills.
