Based in Dandenong South, you will play a crucial role in managing our end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring the company submits high-quality, competitive proposals that align with business objectives.
This role will suit you if you are a strategic thinker with strong project management and writing skills who can collaborate effectively across departments to secure new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and overseeing all tender portals, ensuring timely identification of relevant opportunities and tracking industry trends
- Ensuring all registrations and supplier approvals are up to date and compliant with procurement requirements
- Collaborating across departments to develop compelling, well-structured bid documents
- Monitoring and analysing tender performance, providing insights to improve success rates.
- Maintaining a structured stage gate process, ensuring bids progress smoothly from identification to submission.
- Managing documentation and CRM programs to assess past tender outcomes, monitor success rates, and adjust approaches accordingly.

About you
You are an experienced bid/tender management professional who is looking for a fresh challenge with opportunity to progress in a global business. You appreciate the best and will thrive working with a renowned and globally recognised brand.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in bid/tender management or a similar role
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing and document management skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals
- Excellent project management abilities, including deadline coordination and multitasking.
- Analytical mindset to track and optimize tender performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Capital equipment sales experience and/or exposure to industrial machinery is preferred, however we welcome applicants from procurement, manufacturing and construction backgrounds with the requisite skills.
It goes without saying that you have a commitment to total customer satisfaction and take pride in your results. A sense of humour will also set you in good stead!
