Are you an energetic and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator looking to join a highly qualified and skilled team? Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT) is a not-for-profit organisation seeking applications for Casual Early Childhood Educators to join our Calwell Early Childhood Centre team.

The Opportunity
As a Casual Educator at Calwell Early Childhood Centre, you will play a key role in supporting our teams in delivering high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged 0-5.
You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.
What's needed to succeed?
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, OR working towards either of these qualifications.
- Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting, with a knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of integrity, inclusiveness, dignity and compassion.
