We thrive on working together, delivering results and creating brands that our clients (and team) are proud of. Due to stellar growth, we have a new part time opportunity for a talented Marketing and Digital Manager.
The Role
In this 'hands on' role, you'll play a vital role in management and execution of our clients' digital and social media strategies. With your dynamic organisational skills, digital savvy and passion for building customer trust, you'll quickly become an essential part of the team.
This is a great role for someone ambitious with 5+ years of digital marketing experience, who is looking for part time hours right now, however may want to extend to full time in the future.
You will be responsible for:
- Client social media management including sentiment tracking
- Campaign planning and strategy
- Content scheduling and creation
- Executing social media and digital advertising campaigns
- Liaison with clients
- Reporting and analysis using Google Analytics, HubSpot and Meta tools
We are open to negotiation on the hours that suit you. Wednesdays and Fridays are required in the office, but the remainder can be worked from your home office.
About You

You'll bring to the table:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Digital Marketing or a related area
- 5+ years of both managing and implementing digital marketing programs
- Demonstrated hands on social media management expertise (specifically on LinkedIn and Meta)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and Google Analytics capability
- A passion for problem solving and developing new systems and processes
Ideally you will have both corporate and grass roots agency experience, however that's not essential. What's most important is your understanding of brand building principles and the ability to articulate this effectively to clients.
