Your Role As the Organisational Development & Design Project Support Officer, you will be a key player in our People & Safety Department. You will support the Clarity & Performance project and our Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring they align with industry best practices. Your contributions will drive our HR capability development and enhance employee learning experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Project Coordination: Support the effective delivery of the Clarity & Performance project and the learning and development initiatives.
  • Hands-On Support: Engage with internal customers through workshop scheduling, facilitation, and stakeholder consultation.
  • Administration: Provide general administrative support to the Organisational Development and Organisational Design teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Background in project support, program rollout, and training.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, hands-on approach, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Requirements: National Police Clearance (to be provided at interview stage or upon commencement).

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: Level 5 ($89,414 per annum) under the City of Bunbury Employee's 2024 Enterprise Agreement.
  • Contract Duration: 24 months (maximum term) of meaningful work with a supportive team.
