18.45 hours p/w (Tuesday-Thursday)
We are seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator to join our brand-new Kindergarten located on a School Site at Devon Meadows Primary School Kindergarten. Working in a Sessional Kindergarten setting under the VECTEA (Victorian Early Childhood Teachers and Educators Agreement) 46/52 model can offer a great work-life balance, with the benefit of getting paid during school holidays.

Your new role

- Support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program.
- Work in partnership with children, families and the community.
- Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve.
- Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice
About you
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (or working towards)
- Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting
- Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment
- Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities
