The role
We invite and welcome applications for Casual Exam Supervisors to join our team in June 2025. You will have the opportunity to supervise students completing trial and VCE exams, Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and the General Achievement Test. These exams will take place during June, October and November 2025.
Applicants must not be any of the following:
- Related to or associated with any student required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking VCE Units 1-2 and/or 3- 4 study
- teaching or tutoring any student required to sit the GAT or any student in VCE Units 1-2 and/or Unit 3 -4 study
- Related to or associated with any person engaged in teaching, tutoring or coaching any students required to sit the GAT or any student undertaking VCE Units 1-2 and/or 3-4 study, or any school personnel engaged in organising or checking VCE external assessment materials on behalf of a school
- Employed at our School in any other capacity, including as a teacher, casual relief teacher (CRT) or a member of the Professional Services staff.
The Ideal Candidate
- Ability to be calm, understanding and support student voice in examinations
- Ensuring examination security at all times
- Able to provide support to students and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Supervisors who are appointed will need to complete a Supervisor Relationships Statutory Declaration in advance of the first day of employment
- Current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC) or VIT
