About the Role
As our Team Leader - Children's Services, you'll play a key role in childcare service while acting as the nominated supervisor providing and developing a high quality, culturally relevant Early Childhood Education for children aged from birth to school age.
These roles are based in vibrant Docker River or Papunya Communities, with relocation allowance and community-based housing for non-local applicants—giving you a chance to connect with the people and places that make this region so special.

Who We're Looking For
Are you an experienced Team Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go-to person for supervising childcare services and ensuring smooth operations? To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Completed or working towards a Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood, with commitment to work towards a Diploma in Early Education and Care
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role or a childhood setting
- Understanding of the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NT Working with Children (Ochre) Card, along with a satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check
- Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
