The Opportunity
Anglicare's ITC portfolio provides services for children and young people across Sydney, Queanbeyan and Murrumbidgee districts as well as the Premiers Youth Initiative. This role is responsible for the oversight and management of operations of the portfolio including providing leadership in the development of continued services within the ITC portfolio.
Reporting to the Executive Director Permanency Support Program, the Senior Manager ITC will be responsible for:
- Oversight of operations and delivery of quality services across the ITC portfolio in line with legislation and organisation values.
- Lead a geographically dispersed team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Provide financial oversight of the portfolio in line with budgetary requirements.
- Management of multiple program location/sites to ensure the provision of competent, suitable and experienced staffing cohort to enable quality service operations.
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with DCJ Districts, Contracting and Commissioning Teams.
About You
For this appointment we seek a proven, dedicated leader from the Child, Youth & Family sector passionate about driving positive outcomes for children and their families through the ITC residential care model. You will have a track record of driving success across operations, people leadership, financial management and stakeholder engagement.
In addition, the successful candidate will have.
- Tertiary Qualification in psychology, social work or related discipline.
- In-depth understanding of the 10 Essential Elements of Therapeutic Care and practice frameworks
- Demonstrated experience leading service programs within the human service sector, trauma service delivery models and/or OOHC programs.
- An understanding of compliance and audit requirements to maintain OOHC accreditation standards.
- Ability for flexible working
