Goodwin Aged Care Services is looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join our team in Batemans Bay! In this role, you will play a key part in planning, managing, and delivering clinical development and mandatory training for Residential, Retirment and Community Care employees. As a CNE, you will be responsible for providing support, advice, and on-the-job assessments, ensuring that Goodwin's workforce maintains high standards of care and meets all compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and evaluate Goodwin's learning and development activities.
- Oversee and coordinate the Online Learning Management System.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements for employees and volunteers.
- Provide ongoing support for clinical development and skill assessments for nursing staff.
- Facilitate and deliver educational programs, including toolbox talks and clinical training.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and performance statistics for employees.
- Work collaboratively with management and other departments to identify and address training needs.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's or master's in nursing, with current Australian Nurse Registration
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in aged care
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate learning in both small and large groups
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Current driver's license (Class C)
