In this autonomous role, you will become a trusted partner to your customers, providing support for our compressed air solution products and services. You'll manage the end-to-end sales process and thrive if you enjoy building long term relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Account Management of our current customer base
- Preparing quotes and tenders
- Identifying opportunities to increase share of wallet and build the customer base
- Participating in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
- Liaising with warehouse, production and service teams to ensure an outstanding customer journey from sale to delivery and installation
You will enjoy being independent, whilst also being part of a well-resourced team, with support to help you focus on what you do best.
About you
You are a successful sales professional with the confidence to join and continue to drive a successful region in Victoria. You appreciate a sales process and will thrive working with a renowned and global manufacturer.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the capital equipment manufacturing industry
- Experience selling in the Industrial sector (mining, mechanical, manufacturing, plumbing, air conditioning etc)
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly
- Well refined negotiating and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and deliver on revenue targets
- Ability to relate to people at all levels
- Computer literacy - Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with SAP is a benefit but not essential.
Capital equipment sales experience will be helpful, but what's most important is your ability to build long term relationships and take ownership of the end-to-end sales process.
It goes without saying that you have a commitment to total customer satisfaction and take pride in your results. A sense of humour will also set you in good stead!
