About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Home Care Services Manager to lead and oversee our Home Care programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to clients in Batemans Bay. You will manage a team, ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and drive continuous improvement while developing innovative care models that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client care services across HCP, CHSP, and private programs.
- Manage small office based team
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements.
- Oversee customer satisfaction, care planning, and the resolution of complaints.
- Manage occupancy rates, and the reduction of unspent client funds.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and guide the team through changes.
- Contribute to business development, policy creation, and strategic direction.
- Monitor workforce, technology, and infrastructure integration to improve service delivery.
Key Selection Criteria
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the Home Care sector, including Quality Reporting and legislation.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an Aged Care/Home Care setting.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage teams and meet client needs.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Aged Care sector.
