Your new role

A great opportunity to nurture your career while working to the Kids First Early Years Education Program - Kindergarten Model

• Develop and implement an innovative educational program.
• Work in partnership with children, families and the community.
• Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve.
• Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice.
• The successful applicant will be rostered for 24.5 hours per week, with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday sessions - potential for planning on Thursday and Friday upon negotiation.

About you

• An approved Early Childhood Teaching Degree. (Recognised by ACECQA).
• Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting.
• Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
• Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diversity.
