This is a full-time fixed term role till August 2025, with possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Forecasting: Analyse data to predict staffing needs and adjust plans as business demands evolve.
- Scheduling Management: Develop and manage employee schedules to meet operational needs while balancing budget, preferences, and legal requirements.
- Optimisation: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, maximise productivity, and enhance workforce utilisation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, HR, and People teams to align workforce planning with operational goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all scheduling practices meet labour law requirements and regulatory standards.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of schedulers to foster growth, performance, and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, operations management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or resource management in a dynamic environment.
- Skills: Expertise in workforce management tools, advanced Excel, and data visualisation platforms.
- Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labour laws, compliance, and best practices in workforce management.
