- Salary $85 - $95k + superannuation, district allowance, 17.5% leave loading

Are you a highly organised, professional, and proactive individual ready to make an impact? We're hiring for two exciting Executive Assistant (EA) roles at Litchfield Council. These positions are pivotal in supporting our executive leadership and ensuring seamless operations across the organisation.
Position 1: EA to the CEO and Mayor
Key Focus: Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Mayor.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Manage the CEO and Mayor's schedules, correspondence, and meeting agendas.
- Attend Council meetings, prepare minutes, and coordinate responses to resolutions.
- Organise official events, including citizenship ceremonies.
- Research and assist with special projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and project a professional image of courtesy and cooperation.
Position 2: EA to Directors
Key Focus: Supporting the Directors of Corporate & Community and Infrastructure & Operations to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Act as the initial contact for Directors, facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including email management, minute-taking, and agenda preparation.
- Assist with research, reporting, and special projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
What's needed for your success?
- Proven administrative experience (5+ years preferred for the CEO/Mayor role).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Successfully undergo a pre-employment medical assessment including a Criminal History Check
- Have a Current Northern Territory Driver's License
