Reporting to the Director Infrastructure s, the Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Infrastructure and customer service teams to provide professional and executive level administrative services for the organisation.

The Role
- Is a business-critical position that engages with business and community members, executive management, Local Government Bodies and Professional Associations, Government agencies and internal staff.
- Facilitates with the day to day coordination of the infrastructure department supporting the Director in effective administration and management of their day.

About you
- You are a motivated individual with a can-do attitude;
- You have a certificate IV in business administration or a related discipline with contemporary experience in a similar role; or substantial contemporary experience in a similar role, coupled with ongoing professional development to support contemporary knowledge.
- Experience in supporting a senior executive
- Knowledge of Customer service systems is a benefit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a current Class C Driver's License.

The Benefits
This position is Grade 11 in accordance with Council's Salary System and the Local Government (State) Award 2023. Council offers an attractive salary range this is dependent upon skills and experience of the applicant between $40-45 per per hour plus 11.5% superannuation.
