Rinnai Australia is a recognised market leader with over 50 years' experience in revolutionising the commercial and domestic markets, we're seeking an individual who thrives on building strong relationships and is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service. As the Assistant Manager for our After Sales, Service and Installation division, you'll be integral to our installation operations and will be responsible for prospecting, evaluating and engaging Contractors/Sub Contractors.

What does this role entail?
You'll be part of our high performing Victorian sales team, diving into a role where no two days are the same. From driving business development initiatives through Trade, Plumbing and HVAC channels to monitoring compliance standards, conducting quality audits and ensuring WHS standards are being met and maintained. You'll assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives to grow the After Sales, Service and Installation function of the business. You will be responsible for coordinating onsite installations with site supervisors and will manage and strengthen relationships with our contractor network.

Who are we looking for?
You'll be early in your career journey, driven by opportunity and eager for success. Equipped with a background in any of the following: counter sales, account management, retail sales, work health & safety or contractor management. Applicants from within the plumbing, HVAC, contractor management or trade services industries will be highly regarded. Your experience in managing customer accounts and building strong relationships will have prepared you well for this highly customer focussed role. Your high attention to detail, strong problem-solving capability, together with your ability to exceed customer expectations is what makes you shine.
