About the opportunity
Kids First have a prominent 125-year history of safeguarding children achieved through an unwavering commitment to people and transformation.
This role will focus on:
- Coordinating the provision of all Kids First trauma-informed training and consultations packages to services across Victoria.
- Providing Professional Consultation and Coaching to Teachers and Educators in the field and
- Supporting the growth and development of the service nationwide, promoting the program through networks across the sector.

About you
- Qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential.
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is essential.
- Proven experience in providing high quality education and training programs with a focus on trauma informed models and practice, across Child and Family Services, or Early Learning sectors
- Demonstrated experience in designing training packages that evidence best practice whilst meeting the needs of the market
- Demonstrated knowledge of the best practice models and theories relating to children, families, trauma, violence, or abuse
