As a Trainee Assets Officer, you'll:
- Assist with the management of Council's buildings, parks, and other assets.
- Help deliver maintenance and capital improvement projects.
- Coordinate with volunteers and Section 355 committees to enhance community facilities.
- Work on inspections, condition assessments, and project planning.
- Learn to prepare quotes, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and Council policies.
We want someone who:
