What a typical day will look like;
Conducting and managing investigations into potential non-compliance under the Nillumbik Planning Scheme and the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
Preparing evidence, briefs and reporting on the status, issues and recommendations of investigations.
Proactively monitor compliance of properties and promoting compliance within the community.
What you will bring to the role;
Do you have excellent skills and experience in statutory planning compliance and investigations? Or are you a seasoned professional in Town Planning and wanting to gain more experience and learn some new skills in planning investigations? You could be the right fit to join our Planning Investigations team.
