The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Factory Hand for our Guildford Sydney NSW Factory that will jump on-board and be ready to get stuck in with various duties including Cutting Gaskets & General Factory Duties as well as cutting Rubber Strips. As well assistance could be needed in Receiving and Dispatching Goods, Picking & Packing items, loading and unloading deliveries, general housekeeping of Warehouse, stocktaking.

Who We Are Looking For

We want a go getter - someone who can hit the ground running. We require a person who understands imperial and metric measurements and who has attention to detail.

We will provide full training but to be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience and a proven track record working in Factory Process Work … Warehouse Store work would be an advantage… ……

Forklift License handy, must be computer literate, attention to detail, value working in a team environment and have good communication and organizational skills with a "can do attitude"

This role will requires someone who can keep their cool under pressure, especially during our busy periods. You will also be confident and highly capable of working autonomously, this role will give you plenty of opportunity to deliver and manage projects independently.
