Salary

$37.99 Per Hour + Super + Salary Sacrifice

What You'll Be Doing

  • Efficient Rostering & Scheduling: Ensure that client service appointments are scheduled according to their preferences, needs, and availability, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Fortnightly Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for home care staff, ensuring timely and correct payments based on work hours and schedules.
  • Client Admissions & Discharges:Manage the intake process for new clients, including setting up records and ensuring smooth transitions for client discharges in line with organisational policies.
  • Record Maintenance:Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for clients and staff, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external legislative requirements.
  • Privacy & Confidentiality:Uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, ensuring all client and staff information is handled in accordance with privacy legislation and Goodwin's policies and procedures.
  • Compliance with Legislation & Policies:Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and Goodwin's internal policies to ensure full compliance in all aspects of the role.
  • Support Team Coordination:Collaborate with other team members, including caregivers and management, to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal client care.

About You

  • Navigate a fast-paced environment with ease, drawing from your experience in scheduling and rostering.
  • Strong administrative skills, ideally in a competitive setting, with a preference for business or administration qualifications.
  • High-level skills in Microsoft Office suite to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both consumers and internal teams.
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia
