The role will be accountable for:
- Driving strategic business growth, setting of budgets and development plans for the WA state across multiple channels and business segments.
- Providing leadership and direction to the WA Sales team; and managing Rinnai's WA customer and channel state relationships.
- Management of our after sales service and installation market network
- Development of new business programs and enhancement of strategic relationships to deliver Rinnai's long term growth aspirations
- State sales, operations and profit analysis and reporting
- Managing corporate programs to meet the company's legal obligations and compliance environments.
The successful applicant must display outstanding communication skills, have an analytical mindset, and develop effective relationships.
A proven sales and business development background is similarly essential, along with a history in managing successful sales professionals. Those who possess tertiary business and marketing qualifications and/or have experience within the gas, electrical, plumbing and renewables industries will be held in high regard.
