Due to our expansion in the City of Casey we are seeking both Early Childhood Educators and Teachers to join our Kindergartens in Endeavour Hills and Botanic Ridge for Term 1 2025!

Your new role
- Teachers will ensure the program adheres to the agreed centre philosophy as well as the Code of Conduct
- Organising the indoor and outdoor environment, including the safety and rotation of equipment
- Ensuring that transition times are smooth, calm and purposeful.
- Support the implementation of the Kids First early years model - full training provided
- Educators will support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program.
- Work in partnership with children, families and the community.
- Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve.
- Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice
About you
- Diploma (educators) or Bachelor (teacher) qualification as recognised by ACECQA
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma Training
- Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting
- Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment
- Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities
