Your new role

• Teachers will ensure the program adheres to the agreed centre philosophy as well as the Code of Conduct
• Organising the indoor and outdoor environment, including the safety and rotation of equipment
• Ensuring that transition times are smooth, calm and purposeful.
• Support the implementation of the Kids First early years model - full training provided
• Educators will support the Early Childhood Teacher to innovate, develop and implement the educational program.
• Work in partnership with children, families and the community.
• Encourage the development of self-esteem and promotion of self-expression, creativity, security, independence, happiness, and the opportunity to achieve.
• Access ongoing professional development focused on relational pedagogy and trauma informed practice

About you

• Diploma (educators) or Bachelor (teacher) qualification as recognised by ACECQA
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma Training
• Demonstrated skill and experience working in an early education and care setting
• Proven ability to work in a cohesive team environment
• Demonstrated understanding and capability for working with diverse communities
