Join our Goodwin Aged Care team, in this rewarding part-time role as a Home Care Worker, where you'll provide quality care and support to our cherished elderly clients in their homes, following personalized care plans. Empower our clients, foster their independence, and ensure efficient task management. Accurate documentation and respectful, warm communication are key, all while adhering to Aged Care Quality Standards, Goodwin policies, and safeguarding their privacy.

Who we're looking for:

We're searching for people who are passionate about caring for others. As a Goodwin carer, you'll be someone who:

In addition to the above, we do need you to have working rights in Australia, hold a valid Australian driver's license, own a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration, and have a smartphone. Ideally, you should also have a minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care / Home & Community) or a similar qualification. If you don't have this qualification, don't worry - we'll support you in obtaining it within your first year of employment.
