B&N Glass & Aluminium, with over three decades of excellence in the glazing industry, invites an experienced and passionate Site Leading Hand to join our team. As a pivotal part of our operation in Central & Northern Queensland, this role is designed for a leader who thrives in a hands-on job site environment.

Under the guidance of the B&N Management team — we continue to champion the values of quality, integrity, and service excellence that have made us the preferred partner for commercial glazing projects in the region.

As our Site Leading Hand, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Installing commercial and residential windows and doors (Mainly commercial)
• Liaise with builder supervisors
• QA inspections on windows and door install
• In charge of small site teams (1-3 fitters)
• Co-ordinate site deliveries with B&N project managers

What's needed

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant trade
• Detailed technical knowledge and expertise in installation methods
• Ability to read drawings
• Understanding of relevant industry Standards and Safety Codes
