Are you interested in joining a dynamic team to lead the way for waste services in Bunbury? Our Waste Operations team is responsible for providing high-quality and cost-effective waste collection, waste education and public asset cleaning services for the local community and businesses.

This role requires you to lead the operational daily activities and duties within Waste Services. You will contribute to the management of the Waste Services department by providing effective supervision of our passionate and dedicated waste operators and engaged contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong positive culture that leads by example and brings an innovative, can-do attitude to every task. You will need excellent organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet. You will factor safety into everything you do to ensure we serve our community well but go home safe at the end of the day.

You may have a waste, mechanical or operational background and are looking for a role that combines scheduling and administration with field-based tasks and supervision. With our generous training and professional development program, this role may be the chance you're looking for to build on your operational knowledge and take the next step up to a Supervisory role.
