Anglicare (NSW South, West & ACT), is a not-for-profit organisation seeking Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators, or Educators working towards Certificate III and Diploma qualifications to join our teams.

The Opportunity

As an Educator for Anglicare Early Years, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of high-quality educational play-based programs for children aged between birth and 5 years.
You will establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families while attending to children's learning and well-being throughout the day.
As a casual Educator, you will support, contribute to and assist in developing innovative and responsive educational programs informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards.

What's needed to succeed?

• ACECQA approved Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR working towards these qualifications,
• Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting,
• An understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members,
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of compassion, integrity, inclusiveness and dignity.
