Byron Aged Care (BAC) is a boutique 41 bed aged care facility located in the heart of beautiful Byron Bay, caring for residents in a homelike setting on 1 acre of grounds within walking distance to the beach. Local residents have come to appreciate Byron Aged Care as the specialist dementia nursing home within the northern rivers district NSW.

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse with the following skills & qualities:

• RN aged care experience highly regarded
• Passionate about dementia care and will promote the dignity and respect of all residents when supervising our specialty-trained care staff
• To undertake nursing duties as delegated by the Director of Care
• Experienced with challenging behaviours of dementia residents

Role Essentials:

• Position - Full Time or Part Time opportunity
• Shift coverage - Must be available for AM/PM and nights - hours negotiable
• Rostered Shifts - Hours negotiable
• Availability - Across 7 day roster (Monday to Sunday)

PFT Hourly Rate: $39 plus super plus salary sacrifice.
