What's involved?

In joining our team as the Youth Worker - ITC, you will supervise, support and provide trauma-informed therapeutic care for young people with medium to high needs in Intensive Therapeutic Care Settings. You will be present in the ITC home as per the roster to provide care and support to young people and ensure the safety and well-being of all involved. What's needed?

• Diploma of Community Services (Desirable) OR
• Cert IV Youth Work or successful completion of first-year degree studies in a relevant tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated experience in supporting vulnerable people within the community

The offer

The hourly rate for this position is $36 to $38.60 per hour, plus casual loading and 11% employer superannuation guarantee. Generous salary packaging benefits are available under Anglicare's PBI status.
