About the role
This position sits within the AOD Outreach cluster and is responsible for the delivery of high quality and safe programs. This role is a key leadership position with operational responsibilities for delivering our Public Intoxication Response service. The service includes a 20-bed sobering centre in Collingwood and outreach teams that respond to calls from centralised services intake, referral and dispatch.
The PIR service operates 24/7, and is an onsite position that requires regular after-hours and weekend work including on-call responsibilities on a rotational roster. The Program Facilitator works with the Senior Nurse to ensure service delivery is safe and client centred.

Your duties will include
- Facilitate delivery of assigned programs, in compliance with funder metrics and performance measurements and within budget/funding provisions list
- Monitoring Funding Stream Service Model development, maintenance and evaluation and contributing to Department briefings (building team-level capacity as applicable)
- Key enabler of Service Redesign and self organising teams within assigned programs

Our ideal candidate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive management leadership experience working in community or public health with marginalised populations
- Demonstrated skills and experience developing and leading team and organisational culture and delivering to performance objectives
- Victorian Driver's License
