Technical Sales Manager - Commercial

Our rapidly growing organisation is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our Commercial Sales team. The role will ideally suit someone who has a successful track record in technical product sales and has been integral in continuing to drive sales growth in the Commercial market.

What does the role entail?

  • Increase sales and market share of the Commercial business through operationalising business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing our existing trade accounts and building new account opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers and hydraulic designers.
  • Provide technical support to external trade customers and internal account managers.
  • Play a key role by increasing awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the market

Who are we looking for?

  • Successful background developing business, preferably with products of a technical nature
  • Qualifications and/or experience in hydraulics or mechanical field
  • Experience within the construction, plumbing or HVAC industries
  • Highly developed negotiation skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer care
  • Technically minded with strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication skills
