About the role

We're seeking a warm, friendly, and experienced Café Assistant to join our team as a casual, at Goodwin's Retirement Village in Farrer Cafe. In joining us, you will ensure our residents, and all other patrons of the Cafe enjoy a friendly and vibrant food and beverage experience.

Salary

$26.37 + Super (Base Rate)

What's needed

• Barista Skill Needed
• Qualification in Responsible Service of Alcohol
• First Aid Certificate or a willingness to obtain one
• Previous experience in a catering environment
• Proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional presentation skills for cafe opening, setup, and closure
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
