Program Innovation and Development Manager

The Role

With your skill and experience, you will work with the Executive and Leadership Groups to support ideation, innovation, and strategic development of UMFC's programs and services. This role will identify and support submissions for growth opportunities through funding prospects or through business case development to support internal innovation, program testing and investment. Your Experience

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field is required.
  • Extensive experience in business innovation, service design and relationship management, coupled with strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to design and articulate program and service delivery models, as well as to identify and develop new opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities, with a strong aptitude for engaging in co-design processes.
  • Exceptional communicator with highly developed verbal and written skills, combined with a high attention to detail.
