Connect, Respect, Discover.
Calwell Early Childhood Centre is a place where the value of each person is honoured, and reciprocal respect is at the heart of everything we deliver.
We have a trauma-informed educational philosophy that is visible in practice, which is child-centred and holistic. We aim to support the needs of individual children and families and build positive and respectful relationships. We value children's autonomy and support their decision making and choice so that they can grow their independence as well as their positive self-esteem, identity and wellbeing. We value the process of caring for the natural environment and provide a range of opportunities for rich, hands-on learning experiences. With a focus on nature, children's curiosity is provoked and critical thinking skills are developed.
We believe by employing excellent, qualified educators and adapting to modern, relevant practices we can provide a vibrant, supportive learning environment for children. We nurture young learners and journey with them as they explore the world around them. And now, we're looking to add Early Childhood Educators to our team - Could you be one of the outstanding people we're looking for?
